Shipping

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days after purchase using USPS First Class Mail. We do not provide tracking numbers unless it is specifically requested in which case an email would be sent to the email address the order was completed with.

For local pickup orders, please contact me via email, Facebook, or Instagram to arrange a pick up time.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel or return your order, please send an email to info@patricbates.com.

Return Policy

We accept returns until 30 days after the order was purchased. As the customer, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will issue full refunds for the product(s) purchased.  We do not refund the cost of initial shipping.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, send the product back to us. Once received, we will send a replacement to you free of charge.
